Job Description
You will analyze supply operations and comply with established standards using Navy ERP, NALCOMIS logistics systems, and Financial and Air Clearance Transportation System platforms to reconcile inventory and clear discrepancies.
You will inspect work in progress and completed work across receiving, storage, and shipping to enforce compliance with policies, investigate deficiencies, and execute corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
You will provide oral and written guidance during data collection and facilitate workforce development through on-the-job training (OJT), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), desk guides, and directives.
You will prioritize daily workflow to meet operational targets, coordinate pickups and deliveries across site divisions, and administer supply purchases and system access requests.
You will perform a full range of supply duties, including cyclical inventory counts, variance investigations, documentation management, and continuous process improvement based on team and customer feedback.
