NorthPointe Hospitality is seeking a talented Room Inspector to supervise and coordinate activities within the Housekeeping Department. Responsibilities & Authority:

• Assign duties to team members and ensure work meets cleanliness standards
• Coordinate with Front Office and other hotel departments
• Maintain high-quality housekeeping standards in guest rooms, linens, uniforms, and public areas
• Address guest complaints and implement service recovery measures

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a supervisory role
• 2 years of line-level experience in Housekeeping
