What’s a typical day as TS40 – Quality Control Inspector I? You’ll be: Inspecting components, sub-assemblies, and finished products for quality compliance. Working with Quality Management to implement sampling plans and inspection procedures. Collecting and analyzing quality data to achieve organizational quality objectives. Reviewing and ensuring documentation meets quality standards. Conducting First Article, incoming component, and in-process inspections as per plans and specifications. Using measuring tools such as calipers and gauges to verify product conformity. Auditing and monitoring quality requirements in accordance with company and customer specifications. Documenting and reporting inspection findings, and monitoring corrective actions. Promoting and following internal quality standards, procedures, and best practices. Continuously assessing opportunities for improvement within quality management systems. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have hands‑on quality and manufacturing experience in an ISO‑certified environment (must have). Are proficient in MS Office, Access, Outlook, and Adobe programs (must have). Have experience with Document Control software (preferred). Are familiar with SAP, ISO‑9001, and quality systems such as DFx or FMEA (preferred). Hold a High School diploma or equivalent (must have).
