Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel General Manager based in Omaha, NE. The Hotel General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, lead and develop a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing budgets, overseeing staff performance, implementing effective operational policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards, maintaining the highest level of customer service, and managing food & beverage operations to optimize revenue and efficiency.
Salary
$80,000 - $85,000 annually with bonus structure
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in General Management and Business Management
- Strong leadership and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Budgeting and financial planning
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and management
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to develop and coach a diverse team
- Strong organizational and operational skills with an eye for detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar leadership role strongly preferred
