The starting pay for this position is $18/hour.Compensation and BenefitsIn addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:Health, dental, vision, and life insurance, effective within the first month of employment.Paid parental leave.Generous paid time off (PTO) allowance in addition to company-paid holidays.401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions.Substantial company product allowance.Reimbursement for internet, cell phone, and gym/wellness activities.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Perform comprehensive cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of all interior spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and scrubbing furniture, floors, and surfaces.Conduct deep cleaning and maintenance of carpets and rugs using specialized equipment.Manage waste disposal, including collecting and removing trash and recycling from all office areas, restrooms, and common spaces, and replacing liners.Maintain inventory, order, and restock all cleaning, restroom, and break room supplies.Clean interior windows and glass surfaces.Operate and maintain professional cleaning equipment, such as commercial vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners.Implement safety procedures, including securing areas with spills or debris until proper cleanup is completed.Provide logistical support for company events, including the setup and breakdown of furniture, tables, and equipment.
