Role We are looking for an Associate Manager (AM) who will lead our team, ensure high‑level store operations, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities Assist the store manager in ensuring daily operations run smoothly. Take ownership of the location and lead performance. Evaluate employee performance and coach for improvement. Ensure customers receive the ultimate experience. Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge. Keep the store clean, neat, and organized. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Open availability during weekends. Prior experience in retail, customer service, or related fields. Dynamic and outgoing with strong leadership skills. Driven and self‑motivated. Experience selling athletic shoes is a plus. Experience working in a growing company. Experience 4+ years of customer service experience. 1+ year of management experience. 3+ years as a cashier.
