Michael & Son Services is looking for experienced Residential Service Electricians who take pride in their work and want to build a long-term career with one of the Mid-Atlantic's most trusted home service companies. What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems
- Install panels, breakers, outlets, lighting, generators, and other electrical components
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call through professional, courteous, and solution-focused service.
- Present homeowners with honest repair and replacement options
- Complete paperless work orders using a company-provided tablet

What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of residential electrical service experience
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skill
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
