Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) – Hudson Valley, NY – Achieve Beyond Job Overview: Achieve Beyond is a pediatric therapy organization that offers ABA, Speech, Occupational, Social Work, Physical Therapy, and Special Education services to children and families in the Hudson Valley and surrounding regions. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LMSW to provide ongoing special instruction, ABA services, and family education in home, community, and clinic settings. Wage Hourly $52.00-$55.00 Job Responsibilities Provide ongoing special instruction and/or ABA services to children (ages birth‑3) in their most natural environment. Educate families and caregivers on applicable intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry‑over. Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare homes/centers, preschools, clinics, and other community settings. Follow the unique therapy plan established for a family/child, plan for ongoing treatment, and address identified goals while documenting progress. Prepare progress reports as indicated. Maintain child records and confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with HIPAA, state and federal regulations, and submit required records within established timelines. Qualifications Must have a passion for working with children and families. Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the State of New York. 1‑2 years of experience working with children birth–5 is preferred but not required. Must be self‑motivated and a team player who exercises patience and professionalism. Fluency in a language other than English is a plus. Benefits Flexible work schedule.
