We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team. The role involves providing support and assistance to clients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Job Description
The responsibilities include:
- To escort patients to and from appointments in a safe and timely manner
- Accompany patient on trips to/from scheduled appointments and remain with the patient at all times
- Ensure any documentation/appointment information etc. is provided to the facility's nursing supervisors
- Inform facility of any changes in residents situation / plan
- Must be able to communicate well with the patient to assure a positive experience
Minimum Qualifications
The qualifications required are:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
