Customer Service Representative

This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing support related to orders, shipments, and general inquiries while helping to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor customer portals for order activity, updates, and shipping notifications
• Resolve customer concerns and escalated issues with urgency and professionalism
• Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance the customer experience
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews across various platforms
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
• Positive, customer-focused approach

Position Details:

• Compensation: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Location: Hybrid schedule with three days onsite in Vernon Hills, IL and two days remote
