Jubilee Housing is seeking a mission-driven Chief Operating Officer to guide strategic and operational leadership of its programs, resident services, and infrastructure. You will shape the 2025–2030 plan, drive performance dashboards, and partner with the CEO and Board to sustain growth and outcomes. Based in Washington, DC, the role supports a 50+ person team with a hybrid schedule (three days on-site).
