This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations across the company.The Shipping Clerk is responsible for processing and preparing outgoing shipments, ensuring orders are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. Growth opportunities: Build your skills with shipping systems, process improvements, and potential leadership responsibilities.Duties and responsibilitiesProcesses shipments using ERP and carrier systems, including creating labels and tracking deliveries.Prepares and packages orders, ensuring all items, accessories, and documentation are accurate and complete.Supports rush and priority shipments across multiple departments.Monitors finished goods to ensure quality and completeness before shipping.Assists with incoming deliveries and maintains accurate shipping records.Prepares documentation for domestic and international shipments.Maintains inventory of shipping supplies and performs regular inventory checks.Keeps the shipping and warehouse areas clean and organized.Provides high-quality service to both internal teams and external partners.Education and experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredRequired skills/abilitiesStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizationAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilitiesTeam-oriented with strong communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to work with minimal supervisionAdaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills (Clerk) / Proficient computer skills (Lead)Comfortable using equipment such as pallet jacks (training provided)Commitment to continuous improvement and quality
