We are seeking a Service Coordinator to support after-sales site service operations within the Pharma Division. This individual will be responsible for coordinating customer service requests, managing multiple site service projects, scheduling engineers, organizing travel and accommodations, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate after-sales customer service requests, including warranty and additional service needs- Manage and coordinate multiple site service projects, ensuring schedules, documentation, and customer requirements are met
- Schedule and support engineers and third-party technicians, including coordinating travel and accommodations
- Provide customer and employee troubleshooting support and ensure all required site documentation is accurately maintained
- Coordinate pre-installation meetings and project completion processes, while identifying opportunities for future service and equipment needs - Must have at least 1 year of Site Service Management experience
- Must have experience with site service project management, including client, supplier, and internal communication
- Must have ability to interpret design drawings and technical documents and create/manage project schedules.
- Must have strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
