We are seeking a Digital Strategist to join a growing B2B-focused marketing agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending strategic thinking, client consulting, and hands-on digital marketing execution. The position is primarily remote, with a weekly team meeting in Dallas.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing and optimizing paid media strategies, supporting demand generation initiatives, and translating campaign performance into actionable business insights for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple B2B client accounts.
2. Create strategic recommendations for paid media initiatives, including paid social, paid search, programmatic advertising, and ABM campaigns.
3. Analyze campaign performance and deliver client-facing reports, insights, and presentations.
4. Partner with internal teams and clients to identify opportunities for lead generation and demand generation growth.
5. Manage and optimize digital media campaigns while ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
6. Support media planning and help guide overall digital strategy across customer acquisition programs.

Top 3 Must-Haves:

1. Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
2. Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, or programmatic channels.
3. Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations for clients.

Preferred Experience:

• B2B agency experience supporting multiple client accounts.
• Demand generation and lead generation strategy experience.
• Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience.
• Experience working with SaaS, technology, manufacturing, industrial, professional services, or related B2B industries.
• Experience presenting strategy and campaign results directly to clients.
