Full-Time Patient Service RepresentativeLumexa Imaging partner American Health Imaging is seeking a friendly, dependable Patient Service Representative to join our team in Homewood full-time on weekdays from 6:30am to 3pm.Location: American Health Imaging Homewood 1 Independence Plaza, Suite 140 Homewood, AL 35209Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PMDuties & Responsibilities:Schedule Patients for Diagnostic Exams and ProceduresAssist with Authorization and VerificationsChecking In / Out PatientsAnswering Multiple Phone LinesProvide Accurate and Complete Information to Billing OfficeInsurance VerificationEnsure Accuracy of Patient Data Entered Into SystemProcess Requests and Filing of Patient RecordsRequirements:1-4 Years Experience in Medical Office Setting or HospitalExperience in Authorizations and Insurance Verification PreferredAbility to Handle Heavy Patient VolumeStrong Customer Service and Computer SkillsAbility to multi-taskMedical Terminology KnowledgeBenefits (Please note that eligibility for benefits is based on position type/status and certain positions may not be eligible for all the benefits listed below.)Monthly Bonus OpportunityMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, Pharmacy Plans + Benefits effective first day of the month following hire date401(k)Paid Vacation TimePTO Accrual Beginning Day 1Colleague Referral Bonus ProgramLumexa Imaging provides a competitive compensation program to attract, retain, and motivate a high-performance workforce.Lumexa Imaging is an equal opportunity employer.
