Patient Scheduler - Pain Management Clinic 101 Truman Medical Center Location: University Health Truman Medical Center Department: UH1 Pain Management Clinic UHTMC Position Type: Full time Work Schedule: 8:00AM - 4:30PM Hours Per Week: 40 Job Description Join Our Team as a Patient Scheduler! As a Patient Scheduler, you'll be the go-to person for scheduling appointments, handling check-ins and check-outs, and making sure everything runs like clockwork. What You'll Do Every Day: Be the friendly first point of contact-greet patients, answer questions, and set the tone for a great visit Schedule appointments like a pro, ensuring our clinic stays busy and efficient Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and make sure all financial info is up to date Keep patient records accurate and organized Help patients navigate resources like financial assistance, referrals, and insurance options Work closely with clinic staff to keep everything running smoothly Why You'll Love It Here: A positive and supportive work environment-your teammates have your back!
