Environmental HR Generalist: Policy & People
GFL Environmental USA Inc.
GFL Environmental Inc. seeks a Human Resources Generalist to serve as the frontline HR resource for policy implementation and operational support at Kalkaska and Traverse City locations.
You will collaborate with local management to ensure HR protocols and labor laws are followed while handling employee relations and benefits programs. You will advise managers on discipline, hiring, promotions, and performance management, participate in labor relations activities and negotiations, and contribute
