Banking IT Support Analyst - Customer Training & Support

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Analyst in Banking Services to join the Keefe Group Service Desk. You will handle routine incidents, provide excellent customer service, and route issues to the right teams. You will also train customers on KCN technology nationwide, support banking applications, and document activities per standard procedures.
