Lead Corporate & Finance Transactions Counsel

Freddie Mac is seeking an experienced transactional attorney to lead and advise on complex financing, acquisition and other strategic transactions. This in-house role offers ownership, direct partnership with business leaders, and law-firm-caliber work within Freddie Mac's mission.
You will manage structuring, negotiating and documenting financing and M&A matters, translating complex legal issues into practical advice for senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
