Plumbing Technicians are paid on a commission basis.Why join our team:We care for our employees' well-being and structure our company so that our front-line employees are rewarded appropriately for their hard work.Uncapped Pay PotentialMedical, Prescription, Dental, Vision InsuranceDisability and Term Life InsuranceMatching 401(k)On-going training & development and growth opportunitiesPaid HolidaysPaid Time Off (PTO)What you will do:Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing systems to identify drain-related issues.Diagnose and troubleshoot drain problems, including blockages, leaks, and pipe damage.Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform drain cleaning, unclogging, and repair.Install, repair, and maintain drain pipes, fitting, and fixturesInteract professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand plumbing concerns and solutions.Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed.Educate customers on best practices for their drain systems.Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures.Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company.Who you are:1-5 Years Plumbing and Drain experience preferredPlumbing degree, license, or apprenticeshipCurrent plumbing certification as required by stateFamiliarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issuesStrong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixturesGood communication and interpersonal skillsWho we are:We are a family-owned and operated company with a small business feel but large business size, growth, and stability.
