Job title : Accounting Associate

Client : Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company

Duration : 12 Months (Possibility of Extension/Conversion)

Location : Moline, IL 61265

Shift : 1st Shift (Monday–Tuesday: 6:30 AM Start | Wednesday–Friday: Flexible Start)

Description:

• Perform accounting and payroll support tasks.
• Analyze and reconcile financial data.
• Prepare reports and documentation.
• Maintain accounting records.
• Process payroll-related information.
• Use finance and data management systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Support process improvements.
• Handle confidential information.
• Collaborate with internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word proficiency.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn payroll and IT systems.
• Experience handling confidential data.
• Positive attitude toward process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Payroll and payroll tax knowledge.
• SAP experience.
• IBM TSO/RMDS experience.
• Accounting or business background.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting.
