I opened my agency in 2001 and have proudly served the Milan and Rock Island communities for over 25 years. I've raised my four children here, and family has always been my top priority. I'm also a proud grandfather with another grandchild on the way! Outside of the office, I enjoy talking sports, fishing, camping, and spending time outdoors with my dog.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Insurance account representative for Ferrari Insurance Inc., you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

DESIRED QUALITIES:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
