Job Description Allegiance Gold, a premier precious metals firm in Los Angeles, is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to join our Calabasas office!!! Responsibilities Perform system administration tasks, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers and software systems Salesforce Integration and automation with Vonage Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality Implement security measures and protocols to protect systems and data Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system enhancements and upgrades Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels for various systems Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity Provide technical support and assistance to end-users as needed Requirements Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role Salesforce is a must Strong knowledge of system design principles and best practices Proficiency in various operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and server technologies (e.g., Azure, DHCP, DNS) Familiarity with databases (e.g., NoSQL, MySQL) and programming languages (e.g., Java, T-SQL) Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Salary: $115,000-$135,000 Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Professional development assistance Referral program Vision insurance Compensation Package Bonus opportunities Performance bonus Yearly pay #J-18808-Ljbffr
