You will work closely on a day-to-day basis with managers and lead communication to all employees and managers within the Site. Responsibilities Also Include:Is the key partner for Entity's managementLeads the deployment of HR tools, processes & policies, and coaches managersAnticipates, advises & manages HR impact of transformations (technological, organizational, etc.), and drives the change management planCoaches managers on HR related topicsCo-lead with HSE manager the Health, Safety & Working conditionsEnsures the respect of all Health / Security / Environment rulesTakes into account all identified risks and manage them with QRQC toolsMonitors unfitness situations, and drives the adaptation of work conditions to individual unfitnessLeads Quality of Life at Work policy and improvement planGuides managers in Health, Safety & Working conditions topics related to HR responsibilitiesManages risk & also financial impacts of Health, Safety & Working conditionsManages the HR departmentActs as a Leader for the HR team by developing individual & collective performanceRecruits, trains & develops HR team membersProposes changes & continuous improvement action plan to optimize HR organization & resultsIs accountable for reliability & quality of data managed by the teamLeads, defines & deploys HR StrategyAs a member of the management Committee, and under the Site General Manager's responsibility, defines and deploys the Entity's HR Strategy, in line with the Group, Division, PG-PL-RO & legal entity orientationsBuilds & deploys the communication & change management plan related to HR StrategyPrioritizes, proposes & monitors budget accordinglyGuarantees the relevant/proper Job Grading methodology use according to the Group referential and all related C&B applicationsLeads Employee relations & all related activitiesLeads or participates in Employee relations activities within the legal entity according to the organizationIs responsible to keep or improve social climate & relationships with social representativesDefines the competitiveness strategy for the Entity and the variabilization of costs & workforce according to organizational needsIs responsible for Diversity programs, Well being at work, and leads local CSR actionsManages the deployment of HR Policy & all related regulationsIs responsible for the deployment and the respect of the Group, Division, PG-PL-RO & legal entity HR Policies, and the legal provisionsIs responsible for the Ethics & Compliance respect related to HR activities (anti-harassment, GDPR...)Manages disciplinary actionsEnsures the legal monitoring, and the deployment of possible changes in the regulationsIs the company's HR representative externallyEnsures strong relationships with external stakeholders & other representatives linked to HRDefines & deploys specific actions, and/or participates to events & meetingsIs responsible for the local Campus Management strategy deployment in relation with the Country Campus ManagerIs responsible for local/on site actions to organize and animate the Campus eventsCreates close relationships with external stakeholders (public & private organizations)What You Should Have:You should have a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Communications, Business, Management or related field5–7+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in manufacturing, automotive, or another highly regulated industrial environment.You have experience with autonomously handling a variety of human resources issues, such as investigations, benefits questions, annual appraisals, payroll, disciplinary actions and terminations, recruiting and new hire orientationsYou have an understanding of local, state and federal labor lawsExperience with Workday is strongly preferred.Experience recruiting and onboarding hourly manufacturing, skilled trades, engineering, maintenance, quality, and salaried employees.Join us!
