Join our team as a key contributor to daily office operations. This part-time role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative support to help create a professional, organized, and welcoming workplace for employees, clients, and visitors. You'll play an important role in keeping our office running smoothly while supporting a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Duties are dynamic and may evolve based on organizational needs. Responsibilities are tailored to leverage previous experience and support overall office efficiency.

• Answer and direct incoming calls, greet visitors, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Provide light administrative support, including laminating, calendar ordering, document preparation, and other office tasks.
• Coordinate vendor scheduling for building maintenance, repairs, and office services.
• Assist with fleet maintenance coordination and support office operations as needed.
• Monitor, order, and restock office, kitchen, restroom, and field supplies; coordinate copier and printer service when necessary.
• Prepare conference rooms for meetings, presentations, and company events.
• Support company functions such as Lunch & Learns, employee appreciation activities, and holiday events.
• Assist with workspace setup for new hires and office reconfigurations.
• Collaborate with administrative staff and provide backup support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications

• Required: Minimum one year of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative support role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Preferred: High school diploma or associate degree.
• Familiarity with office equipment, vendor coordination, inventory management, and general office operations.

Job Conditions
