We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations for a contract to permanent position based in Maitland, Florida. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced setting, and creates a welcoming experience for visitors and callers. The position will manage incoming communications, assist with administrative tasks, and use standard office software to keep workflows running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and create a courteous, welcoming first impression at the front desk.

• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering, screening, and directing incoming calls efficiently.

• Handle switchboard activity with accuracy, ensuring messages are relayed promptly to the appropriate team members.

• Support day-to-day administrative tasks such as file organization, document handling, and general office coordination.

• Use Microsoft Office applications to prepare correspondence, update records, and maintain basic reports.

• Assist with digital document sharing and file distribution through ShareFile.

• Monitor reception area activity and help maintain an organized and efficient office environment.

• Previous experience performing front-desk or receptionist support in an office setting.
• Ability to manage inbound calls across a multi-line or switchboard phone system.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented phone manner.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites for routine administrative tasks.
• Experience with ShareFile or similar document-sharing platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Dependable, customer-focused approach and the ability to work successfully in a part-time support role.
