You’ll be responsible for ensuring that IT's information risks and control activities are consistent with and supportive of the Control Objectives for Information Technology. You will identify and document current controls in IT and assess their adequacy using COBIT as a frame of reference. You welcome a challenge and strive to contentiously improve processes with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.What you’ll do:Identify control deficiencies and develop a plan with IT management to implement controls needed to address deficiencies foundDesign and implement policies, procedures, and solutions to close identified control deficienciesEnhance existing policies and procedures to comply with new standardsDevelop annual plans to monitor compliance of controls to COBIT standardsPrepare reports and presentations to project stakeholdersCreate training materials on process and conduct classroom training, group, and one-on-one mentoringFacilitate internal and external IT audits and ensure IT meets all audit and compliance requirementsAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you’ll need:Proficient in Microsoft computer applicationsBachelor's Degree in Information Technology10 years experience in Information Technology and IT audit5 years experience using COBIT2 years Project Management experience2 years experience implementing policies and procedures2 years training experienceExcellent written, communication, and interpersonal skillsAdditional Preferred Skills:Master’s DegreeExperience using ITIL, CMM, and ISO 17799CISA, CISM, and/or CISSP certificationBanking domain knowledgeOur Benefits:At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
