Regional Asset Manager
Osprey Management
Osprey Management seeks a Regional Asset Manager to lead performance of a multi-site real estate portfolio within our Real Estate/Property Management division. In this role, you will own asset strategies, financial analysis, and value optimization across assigned markets. You will partner closely with property management teams to drive NOI, manage budgets, guide leasing and capital planning, and oversee vendor and risk management. The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling skills with deep real estate experience and can translate market data into actionable asset plans.
