Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a pivotal role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting students across three school sites for the upcoming academic year. As this will be the district’s first in-house BCBA position, your expertise will help shape a new, highly collaborative model of behavioral support, working closely with general education and special education staff, school psychologists, and administrators.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active BCBA certification and relevant experience in school-based settings.
• Strong skills in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and monitoring progress through data-driven methods.
• Experience working with both general education and special education populations.
• Excellent ability to partner and effectively communicate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, psychologists, and support staff.
• Demonstrated organizational skills for rotating between multiple school buildings and managing a diverse caseload.
• Willingness to provide recent FBA samples (with confidential information redacted) and references during the application process.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct behavior analytic services and conduct observations across the district’s three school sites.
• Design, review, and refine individualized behavior plans, implementing evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate actively in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations rooted in your behavioral expertise.
• Mentor and guide staff to increase understanding of behavioral supports and foster a positive educational environment.
• Support emotional support classrooms and general student populations by modeling effective behavior interventions.
