Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Experience working in educational settings with both general education and special education students highly valued
• Strong ability to analyze and utilize data to inform interventions and behavioral strategies
• Track record of successful collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, school psychologists, and support staff
• Flexibility to adapt to multiple school sites and a variety of needs throughout the district
• Ability to provide a redacted Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) sample and professional references upon submission

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavior analytic services to students across elementary, middle, and high school sites
• Conduct comprehensive classroom and student observations, including in emotional support environments
• Complete FBAs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing behavioral expertise to support student success
• Collaborate closely with staff and faculty to enhance district-wide behavioral support systems
