Blue Stone Therapy is excited to expand outpatient therapy services Charter House - Mayo Clinic Retirement Living in Rochester, MN , and we're looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team!

What You’ll Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions while helping them improve mobility, function, independence, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
• Developing individualized treatment plans and goals
• Delivering evidence-based interventions focused on functional outcomes
• Collaborating with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members
• Educating patients on treatment plans, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation
• Contributing to a positive patient experience and strong clinical culture

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
