Job Description

A well-established global logistics provider is seeking an experienced and results-oriented International Operations Supervisor to lead and strengthen its international division at a major West Coast gateway location.

This organization has an existing international operations team and is focused on elevating performance, profitability, and long-term growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys improving processes, developing strong teams, and delivering measurable operational results.

Key Responsibilities

Drive operational excellence across international freight operations
Strengthen customer service standards and accountability
Negotiate competitive international carrier and agent pricing
Oversee Air and Ocean Import & Export activities
Partner closely with Sales to support both new and existing account growth
Participate in customer meetings and business development efforts
Develop scalable processes to support continued expansion
Ensure full compliance with regulatory and international shipping requirements

Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing international freight forwarding operations (Air/Ocean Import & Export)
Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing operations teams
Strong background in international rate negotiation
