Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob OverviewShipping Office ManagerSalary: $75,000–$100,000, depending on qualificationsWe are seeking an experienced Shipping Office Manager to oversee daily shipping and logistics operations and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of management experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or apparel.Key Responsibilities:Manage shipping office staff, scheduling, and daily operations.Ensure shipments are accurate, on time, and meet customer/carrier requirements.Manage domestic and international routing and shipping documentation.Monitor productivity, order status, and shipping performance.Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and customer service teams.Manage carriers, freight costs, compliance, and billing.Troubleshoot operational issues and drive process improvements.Train and develop staff while maintaining safety standards.Report operational performance to senior management.Qualifications:5+ years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or apparel management experience.Strong leadership and team-management skills.Knowledge of shipping, inventory, receiving, and order fulfillment.Experience with WMS and shipping/logistics software.Strong computer, internet, and email skills.Experience with ASN, billing/invoicing, and carrier routing systems.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage 1,000+ customer accounts.Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.Apparel industry experience is a plus.
