As an Entry-Level Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Assessing clients' needs and recommending insurance policies
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Continuously learning about industry updates and regulations

Our target demographic is seniors and pre-retirees, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. You'll be working with a population that is looking for guidance and support as they plan for their future.
