Job Position: Material Handler-2nd Shift
Location: North Aurora, IL 60542 Pay Rate: $20.50/hr Shift: Second Shift Description: Material Handler - 2nd ShiftJOB SUMMARY - Under the responsibility of the Logistics Supervisor, the Material Handler performs warehouse functions, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting.
RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting 35% • Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract 25% • Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks 20% • Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.) 10% • Provide technical and maintenance support for different aspects related to the automated packing system during the core shift hour of production 10%
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Candidate must have basic level knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice requirements, if applicable to site • Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract • Performs other duties as assigned.
There will be 4 hours of training prior to shift start
