Press Operator Details:Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PMPotential overtime on MondaysPay Rate: $20-$23/hourContract-to-Hire OpportunityPress Operator Responsibilities:Operate manual web press machines to produce high-quality printed materialsMonitor print quality and production output to ensure customer specifications are metSet up, adjust, and maintain press equipment for efficient production runsTroubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments to minimize downtimeTrain and support press assistants as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow production schedules and meet established productivity goalsPerform routine maintenance and inspections to keep equipment operating efficientlyPress Operator Requirements:High school diploma or GED3–5 years of press operator experience requiredExperience operating manual web press machines preferredExperience with Sanden, Didde, Global, or Super Web presses is a plusStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read and interpret production instructions and specificationsManufacturing experience preferredReliable attendance and strong work ethicPositive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the companyAbility to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standardsPeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
