We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth and build relationships in the Dallas Fort Worth territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to enhance revenue growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through consultative selling techniques.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account management.
• Create customized proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging product innovations.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and expense tracking.

Required Qualifications

• 510 years of proven success in B2B industrial or manufacturing sales.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Technical aptitude with an understanding of manufacturing processes and product specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to travel within the territory (approximately 23 nights per week).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in corrugated packaging sales.
• Strong network within the Dallas Fort Worth market.
