Customer Service Representative

This req is for CSR on Weekend Nights Shift

Position: CSR

Shift: Weekend Nights

Schedule: Thursday 4p-2:30am F-Su 5p-3:30am

Pay: $20.75

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Enter and update orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor order status from receipt through shipment.
• Verify order accuracy and shipping requirements.

Customer Communication

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide shipment status updates and tracking information.
• Communicate delays, shortages, and delivery issues.
• Handle customer complaints and service concerns.

Shipping & Logistics Coordination

• Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers.
• Coordinate transportation requirements and special shipments.
• Prepare shipping documentation and bills of lading (BOLs).
• Monitor outbound and inbound shipments.

Role Purpose :

Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.

Key Accountabilities :

• Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer's complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience :

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred
