Join Broadmead (the oldest continuing care retirement community in Maryland) and their brand new Center of Excellence in Health & Wellness! This state-of-the-art Health and Wellness Center utilizes a holistic approach to wellness through a variety of offerings for the 500+ residents of Broadmead, the 300+ employees of Broadmead and older adult members from Baltimore County and other neighboring communities.

Certified Medicine Tech – Assisted Living (must be a CNA and/or GNA)

Certified Medicine Aide-Skilled Nursing (must be a GNA)

Salary Range: $19.40 – $29.10 per hour
Sign-On Bonus:

• Part-Time: $2,000
• Full-Time: $4,000

All shifts available – PT, FT, and Flex!

Your Role:

As a Certified Medicine Aide , you'll be a vital part of our Assisted Living team, ensuring residents receive their medications safely and on time. You'll:

• Administer medications accurately and with care
• Monitor vital signs and report changes
• Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities
• Maintain a clean, safe environment
• Support person-centered care and uphold our mission every day

What We're Looking For:

• Current CMA certification
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Compassionate, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow procedures
