Human Resources Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY
· Take an active role in understanding business and operational issues. Recommend and develop approaches and programs to address those challenges and effectively enable change.
- Partners with functional and operational leaders to complete performance management and talent management review cycles
- Lead the talent sourcing and selection processes for salaried and hourly positions.
- Lead new hire orientation and onboarding activities in partnership with other HR team members and key stakeholders.
- Partner with various functional leaders and key stakeholders to drive engagement and empowerment through the implementation of High Performance Teams (HPT) and a diverse, inclusive culture where team members can thrive.
- Partner with Division Safety leadership and other key stakeholders in driving a Zero Incident Safety culture.
- Partner with leaders to facilitate the performance management and talent management cycle.
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of human resources experience in a generalist capacity in a manufacturing environment
- Led a small team of HR Generalists
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to human resources policies and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization using solid judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Strong experience in leading Safety, Employee Engagement & Empowerment initiatives.
- Ability to relocate for future development opportunities is highly preferred.
