Human Resources Manager

This is an on-site position.

THE OPPORTUNITY

· Take an active role in understanding business and operational issues. Recommend and develop approaches and programs to address those challenges and effectively enable change.

• Partners with functional and operational leaders to complete performance management and talent management review cycles
• Lead the talent sourcing and selection processes for salaried and hourly positions.
• Lead new hire orientation and onboarding activities in partnership with other HR team members and key stakeholders.
• Partner with various functional leaders and key stakeholders to drive engagement and empowerment through the implementation of High Performance Teams (HPT) and a diverse, inclusive culture where team members can thrive.
• Partner with Division Safety leadership and other key stakeholders in driving a Zero Incident Safety culture.
• Partner with leaders to facilitate the performance management and talent management cycle.

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of human resources experience in a generalist capacity in a manufacturing environment
• Led a small team of HR Generalists
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to human resources policies and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization using solid judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Strong experience in leading Safety, Employee Engagement & Empowerment initiatives.
• Ability to relocate for future development opportunities is highly preferred.
