Role Description We’re looking to hire a Social Media Coordinator to support and execute Revived Smiles’ day-to-day social media presence across brand-owned channels. This is a full-time on-site role located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. This is a highly executional role focused on bringing our content calendar, campaigns, launches, and brand moments to life through strong organization, attention to detail, and clear cross-functional coordination. You’ll own the posting workflow, help manage content deliverables, and work closely with our marketing team to ensure social content is delivered accurately, on time, and on brand. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and creative, someone who can execute consistently and also bring fresh ideas for content and partnerships. Responsibilities Own the day to day posting & publishing process Own daily posting across Revived Smiles’ social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (and emerging platforms as needed) Execute scheduled publishing, tagging, formatting, caption uploads, link placement, and platform-specific best practices Ensure posts are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with brand direction and campaign timelines Maintain and update daily/weekly publishing calendars. Maintain organization, approvals, and cross-functional coordination Partner with the marketing team to track asset development, file organization, versioning, and content readiness Help manage proofing and revisions to ensure everything meets brand standards prior to publishing Maintain internal tracking documents, content calendars, launch timelines, and asset folders Support content creation & editing Assist in producing social-first content including Reels/TikToks, Stories, educational posts, and branded Revived Smiles content Create and/or refine informational posts about products/services Support basic design work in Canva (or similar) and short-form video editing in CapCut (or similar) Ensure all creative assets meet platform requirements (dimensions, captioning, clarity, pacing) and align with the brand look/feel Ideas, partnerships, and growth support Bring ideas for content series, hooks, trending formats, partnerships, creator collaborations, and ad concepts Help identify and track trends (sounds, formats, topics) and recommend how Revived Smiles can participate in a brand-safe way Assist in coordinating creator/UGC deliverables (timelines, asset handoffs, approvals) when needed Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in social media coordination, content production, or digital marketing Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and general social publishing workflows Hands-on experience using editing/design tools like Canva and CapCut (or similar platforms) Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working within established brand direction and executing against creative and marketing briefs Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams and stakeholders Proactive, teachable, and excited to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment Creative mindset with a strong understanding of what performs on social (hooks, formats, trends, cadence) #J-18808-Ljbffr
