Project Manager Supply Chain Operations

Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a Project Manager Supply Chain Operations to join their team. As a Project Manager Supply Chain Operations, you will be part of the Enterprise Digital team supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Project Manager Supply Chain Operations Location: St. Louis, MO (On-site) What's the Job? Manage integration and innovation projects across multiple business functions within the supply chain and operational planning areas. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT, vendors, and external partners to ensure project success. Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and allocate resources to meet organizational goals. Monitor project performance, KPIs, and report progress to leadership, ensuring timely issue resolution. Identify risks, manage project budgets, and facilitate communication to ensure seamless project execution from initiation to completion. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in technology, business, management, or relevant experience. At least 3 years of experience in a project management role, with 5+ years preferred. Functional experience in supply chain or operational planning is helpful. Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet.
