Stainless Steel Mig Welder Direct Hire

Full-Time | 1st & 2nd Shift (+$5/hr Shift Differential)

Role Overview:

Seeking skilled MIG welders for custom stainless steel fabrication. This role focuses on unique, non-repetitive work in a quality-driven, team-oriented shop producing heavy-duty industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform stainless steel MIG welding on custom equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Weld various materials (sheet, plate, pipe) in multiple positions
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and adhere to safety standards

Requirements:

• MIG welding experience or certification
• Ability to read blueprints
• Stainless steel welding experience preferred

Job Type & Location:

This is a contract to hire position based out of Chaska, MN.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
