As a Shift Leader you will set the tone and lead the whole crew and be responsible for everything during the shift including managing product quality customer relations driver dispatch inventory control store profitability and more. This is a great way to acquire skills youll need in life or to become a Restaurant General Manager. If you have a passion for quality a mind for business and treat others with dignity and respect youll fit right in.
