Regional Property ManagerGreat opportunity for a tenured Regional Property Manager to join a dynamic team in Austin TX OR San Antonio, TX supporting a portfolio of 6-9 assets.The Regional Property Manager position supports and executes the Company's strategies related to property management operations by directing the team members on the assigned portfolio of properties, and by implementing the policies, procedures, and practices that enable each property to meet and exceed budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives. Ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Regional Property Manager, and a college degree in a related field is preferred. Competitive pay.Market experience preferred.RequirementsTo execute the company's strategies set forth for a portfolio of properties through tasks that include:Reviews, analyzes, and interprets market data.Provides leadership to the team of community managersPromotes client satisfaction and retentionCompletes various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis.Ensures that the portfolio and individual communities meet the established operational, financial, and business performance goals.Develops the annual budget(s).Coordinates work activities and services from vendors, consultants, and other contractors.Ensures that the appearance and physical aspects of the properties meet the Company's and owner's established standards.Actively reports budgetary and other items to specific asset managersHas worked on different classes of properties along with multiple clients.Education requirement: College degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field is preferred or commensurate experience in the field.Industry certifications: (e.g. CPM, CAPS, CAM, etc.) also preferred.
