Job Title: Travel RN - Case Manager


Location: Wichita, KS


Pay: $2,678.40 weekly


Shifts: M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM


Seven Healthcare are seeking a Travel Registered Nurse for a Case Manager role in Wichita, KS. This exciting position involves working within the Case Management unit, including the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (CPCU) and Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The role requires experience with Meditech and Midas, focusing on providing acute care and ensuring smooth discharge planning.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel RN - Case Manager
  • Conduct case management assessments
  • Develop and manage discharge plans
Requirements of the Travel RN - Case Manager
  • Minimum 1-year current acute care case manager RN experience
  • RN or Licensed Social Worker
  • BLS Certification
  • Active KS licensure
