Warranty Review Specialist Our client, an industry leader in automotive services, is seeking a Warranty Review Specialist to join their team. As a Warranty Review Specialist, you will be part of the Warranty Department supporting dealer and field personnel. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Warranty Review Specialist Location: Irvine, CA Pay Range: $25.00 Shift: 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday What's the Job? Assist in evaluating and processing dealer warranty claims, including pending claims, appeals, and submissions for various warranty programs. Review, process, and adjudicate warranty claims, appeals, and pre-authorizations in accordance with established policies and procedures. Provide timely guidance and support to dealers regarding warranty coverage, claim requirements, and submission accuracy. Manage dealer communications related to warranty claims through email and phone support. Conduct Dealer Self-Reviews (DSRs), document findings, and communicate results to dealers, identifying trends and potential compliance concerns. What's Needed?
