Are you ready to join us?Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.At least 7 years of proven experience in event management, project management, or marketing.Ability to travel throughout the year.Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Experience managing large-scale events, activations, conferences, festivals, or experiential marketing programs.Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and fixed deadlines.Proven ability to build project plans, manage schedules, and drive accountability across teams.Strong presentation and executive communication skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in budgeting and working with external suppliers.Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.Creative problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.Proficiency in Client Office Suite.Prior work experience in the industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & QualificationsMotorcycle riding experience or a willingness to learn to ride.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive project plans for various events, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.Assist in creating engaging materials, programs, and unique experiences tailored to each event.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment and synergy across all initiatives.Support the planning and execution of the anniversary event portfolio.Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, action logs, and status reports.Facilitate project meetings and document decisions, risks, action items, and dependencies.Track key milestones and proactively identify risks to timing, budget, and execution.Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external agencies, vendors, production partners, and venues.Support leadership updates and executive presentations related to anniversary planning and execution.Assist with onsite event operations and production management as needed.Analyze event performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for future improvements.Company Benefits & CultureCompetitive benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.
