Machine Operator

We're partnering with a well-established packaging manufacturer seeking a Machine Operator to join their team! If you enjoy working with machinery, troubleshooting equipment, staying hands-on throughout the day, and seeing a finished product come to life, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for!

Location: Haverhill, MA

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 3:30pm

Pay $20-$22/hr

Responsibilities:

● Operate and monitor Window Patching equipment to ensure quality and production standards are met.

● Set up machinery according to job specifications and production requirements.

● Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

● Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process.

● Review and follow work orders, production schedules, and job specifications.

● Accurately complete production and quality documentation.

● Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.

● Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet daily goals.

● Assist with preventative maintenance and machine changeovers as needed.

Qualifications:

● Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment required.

● Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

● Ability to read and interpret work orders and production specifications.

● Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Strong organizational and time management skills.

● Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
